Boschmansnek Nature Reserve is located near the town of Hogsback in the Amathole Mountains of the Eastern Cape, South Africa. The reserve covers rugged terrain characterized by steep cliffs, kloofs (valleys), indigenous Afro-montane forests, and rolling grasslands. This area features a unique ecological environment with a range of endemic and indigenous flora, including ancient yellowwoods and a variety of ferns.
